Does the U.S still uphold laws that men are created equal

All Men are Created Equal
The concept that all men are created equal was a key to European Enlightenment philosophy. But the interpretation of "all men" has hovered over the Declaration of Independence since its creation. Although most people have interpreted "all men" to mean humanity, others have argued that Jefferson and the other authors of the Declaration meant to exclude women and children. Within the context of the times it is clear that "all men" was a euphemism for "humanity," and thus those people, such as Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Abraham Lincoln, and Martin Luther King, who used the Declaration of Independence to demand equality for African Americans and women seized the historical as well as the moral high ground.

How does retiree health insurance influence public sector employee saving?
Tatiana [17]

Economic theory predicts that employer-provided retiree health insurance benefits crowd-out household wealth accumulation. Nevertheless, there is little research on the impacts of retiree health insurance on wealth accruals, so this paper utilizes a unique data file on three baseline cohorts from the Health and Retirement Study to explore how employer-provided retiree health insurance may influence.  net household wealth among public sector employees, where retiree healthcare benefits are still quite prevalent. We find that most full-time public sector employees who anticipate receiving employer-provided health insurance coverage in retirement save less than their private sector uncovered counterparts.

Which speaker statement best expresses the reason that many United States senator rejected the treaty of Versailles after world
zzz [600]

After World War I the Senate rejected the Treaty of Versailles which was mainly based on the idea that the Treaty would require the United States to join the League of Nations and may have resulted to a loss of the United States sovereignty. The treaty would also force the United States to get involved in issues that were of less relevance to the U.S. The League of Nations was created as a body to prevent future conflicts by establishing a body to settle disputes between nations and authorize action against the Nation that did not comply. Some Senate members wanted to change the Versailles Treaty, i.e., Henry Cabot Lodge but president Wilson dismissed and disliked his suggestions.

How did the han chinese attempt to assimilate conquered peoples?
N76 [4]
I don't know which specific context you refer to - the Han Chinese have conquered many people.

So I will provide one example - in Taiwan, the aboriginal people were required to have Chinese names in their passports until recently, which means that every person was forced to adopt a Chinese name, and often their original name was dropped, and (over generation) forgotten. This has changed how people self-identify: weakening their indigenous sense of identity.
