4. The word that could be added to the Fixed mindset statement to turn it into a Growth Mindset Statement will be like, “I’m not a Math person but I am smart enough to learn.

Explanation

The ability of the brain to change and adapt due to experience is called Brain plasticity or Neuroplasticity. The vital characteristics of Brain plasticity are;

• It can vary with age where it changes more during early years of life.

• It involves a variety of processes that go throughout the life.

• It can happen due to leaning, experience and memory formation or as a result of damage to the brain

• The environment plays a major role in the process.

• Sometimes brain plasticity is not good at all
