MariettaO [177]

Mark Twain's "A Dog's Tale" is the story of a Presbyterian dog that goes through the ups and downs of the typical dog's life, as well as that lived by dogs who are used for experimentation by science. The narrator and protagonist of the story is Aileen Mavourneen, the dog, who shares with us her thought and view on life. The description that is showed in the question is that of Mr. Gray, a scientist and the second owner of Aileen. This character is the antagonist as he shows the inhumane side of animal experimentation.  Thus, the answer is A) The Antagonist.

1.Did you hane exprience on a journey by train?
Leona [35]

Answer:

Yes, I have journeyed by train a couple of times. And those times, the feeling and experiences differ. But the very first time was the most memorable, even though it was filled with anxiety, nervousness, and discomfort. It was a time of new things, being taken through a new phase of life experience. But in the end, it was also the one experience that led me to like train journeys and for that, I am appreciative of it.

Explanation:

I have traveled by train a couple of times which were not all the same. The very first time was a bit uncomfortable and even full of anxiety and nervousness. Everything was a new experience for me. And the sights were a welcome sight, more like being taken on a 'fast-paced' sightseeing tour.

But, for someone like me who loves traveling, it was a nice time. Being taken through nature, the high mountains, and the trees, away from the busy and hectic noises, everything was breathtaking. There are times we went through cities and villages, but most of the journey was through forests and mountains, and that was what made it all worth it.
