Buddhist people suffered from many persecutions in their time due to their religious beliefs. Other tribes such as the Mongols, White Huns, and even the Mughals, persecuted them imprisoned them for no other reason, punish them or tortured them. Many of the Buddhists were killed and their properties were vandalized or totally destroyed. The persecution of Buddhists started early since the 224 CE when believers of Zoroasht started to attack those of Buddhist religion.
