Answer:

Evaluate and adjust her choice of activities, frequency, duration, and intensity.

Explanation:

When people is in this position, the training program doesn't give results, they take two actions: leave it or increase it. But both actions are wrong, because giving up Laura never will improve, and increasing intensity she could even harm her body. So, the best option is to evaluate each area that she included in the training program.

In addition, Laura can adjust every exercise step by step, first she can look for other activity, maybe the new exercise will give her a little more intensity. She can even only change the frequency like working out two times per day with low intensity exercises.

Basically, Laura needs to change slowly her training program, until find the problem, the worst action she can do it's to change drastically.

Answer:

psychological moratorium.

Explanation:

A big part of identity crisis is the psychological moratorium.

During that time, a society ( parents, peers, teachers, etc ) forbid a certain individual to work on the problem and the resolution. While a young adult is put in the middle of this period, they have an opportunity to look better into society, rules, values, etc. Some people stay in the moratorium, while others find the way to break the shell and then, they find their position, place and role in the society they belong in.
