Answer:

Well on obvious reason is that it is illegal to false advertise... there is also a term used in economics called "bait and switch" which is where they advertise an amazing product, but then you go the the store and they don't have it so they show you the "next best"... this practice is also illegal.

There are different types of products which are advertised as high class. These usually are noticed by the consumers because of the title or brand. Examples of which are Apple (phones) and also other products used by consumers. A law was passed to protect all consumers from bad products that may harm that person, and the misleading ads.The FTC passed this law, to keep every consumer safe from things that could effect there life. Dangerous products, and misleading ads can effect a consumer a lot. So, the FTC passed a law to protect consumers to be protected from dangerous products, and misleading ads.

If a claim in an advertisement is vague then it is open to many specific things so a person would not know what the advertiser is talking about.

Unlike advertising and sales promotion, personal selling can respond only to the questions and objections that the copywriter thinks are important to customers. Since the advertisements and the sales promotions are nonnegotiable once out in the media, these are approved by the copywriter and what is allowed and deemed to be advertised is.

When you conduct personal selling you are talking one on one with a customer or client base and can explain the product more in-depth and focus on the benefits for each one verses the overall product to a large customer base.

Answer:

I'm not going to question this but, me ,being myself, would most likely find out their weakness in this situation because everyone has a weakness. Zombies can't move fast because they are technically dead so yea I would suggest being quick on my feet and having an action plan. Since I am in school I wouldn't get sharp objects because they are already dead, but if i was to do so I would sneak to the science lab and grab some chemicals and safety gear for the purpose of me not harming myself. I'm alone because in this case......trust no one so yea. I would suggest getting things that don't make noise and to be quiet. Get something to mask your scent like garbage, so they can't smell you. I don't have any top 5 things though.

BlackZzzverrR [31]

Have you ever looked at someone and just felt like you were being pulled in? Like you both have a special connection, even though you've never really met? Known as love at first sight, this is the plot of the play "Romeo and Juliet". In the play a girl named Juliet and a boy named Romeo fall in love at first sight, however their parents forbade their love. They knew that they were meant to be, however, and defied their parents. Though the story doesen't end very well you can see the message of love at first sight.

Hope this helps ^w^

Triangular image of plot line separated into sections beginning with middle indicating a start in the middle of the story follow
Aleks [24]

According to what you are describing, the plot device used is the "in media res"

This technique In Media Res means " in the middle of things", and that is exactly how it works, in media res is to start a story in the middle of the story itself instead of its beginning, that is, start the story of the facts showing the characters already involved in the conflict that structures the story, using this technique allows a more dramatic beginning of narration: the story will begin with the protagonist already in trouble, and with this we will capture the interest of the reader from the first moment.
