The answer is Candy Bar to Nachos represents a ratio of 2:1. A ratio means that when you have 1 of something times it buy the other number. You have 1 Nacho to every 2 Candy bars. You can also fine this by reducing. 30:15 can both be divided by 15 making it 2:1. You're welcome :)!
