Note:  Total pay = hourly rate times number of hours worked.

Here we know the rate and the total pay, but not the time.  Dividing this formula by $7.50/hr, we get

$116.25

-------------- = 15.5 hours

$7.50/hr

This person would have to work 15.5 hours to earn $116.25 at $7.50/hr.

It will be 15.5 but round up to 16 Hours Because 15.5 Hours isn’t a Thing. So basically, you just have to divide 116.25 by 7.50 and you get 15.5, after you just have to round it up to 16, therefore your answer is 16 Hours.
