Transporter associated with antigen processing or TAP located in ER lumen will help to deliver it to major histocompatibility complex  (MHC) class I.  When MHC class I identify it as a foreign antigen, some of the antigens will be sent to the plasma membrane. This allows cytotoxic T cell(CD8) to be able to detect the antigen on the cell membrane and proceed to kill the infected cell.
