Answer: Yes he will win

Explanation: We need to define what "Nuisance mean"and Give an example of nuisance in the fury David is facing in his apartment.

What is Nuisance?, a nuisance is a person or something that constitute a disturbance to a person or environment.

The nuisance that David is facing in his apartment is the fumes of the mixed chemicals from his neighbors which is the company below him in the story building.

What will make him to win if he files for a nuisance claim ?

From the above passage, the fumes of these mixed chemicals causes severe headaches to David and makes him inconvenient in his apartment .With this, his claim would be justified because of the injury that he is exposed to on a daily bases which can even lead to very sever fever not to also mention how discomforting he is to his closed ones when they come visit him in his apartment.

Definitely, if he files a claim of nuisance we will win and win again.

Figure - Ground

Explanation:

While attending a cocktail party, you find you can clearly hear one particular conversation above all the others, even though that conversation is not very loud. To a Gestalt psychologist, the conversation represents the <em>figure</em> and the rest of the party is the <em>ground</em>. According to Gestalt psychologists, we tend to perceive in a figure-ground organization. In this example, the figure is the conversation and the other noises the ground or background.

Why did Jeremiah have such a hard time convincing them that God would judge their sin and destroy Jerusalem and the temple?
koban [17]

Answer:

Jeremiah preached that God was angry with the Israelites and so he will send destruction to them, exiling them from their home. While the other false prophets talk of success and help from God, Jeremiah's message was of bad news which made it harder for him to convince them of the truth. thus, he had a hard time convincing them that God will judge their sin and destroy Jerusalem and the temple.

Explanation:

n the Book of Jeremiah, we see God speaking and asking Jeremiah to go and preach to the Israelites about his anger and the impending destruction and suffering that will fall on them. Talking of the Babylonians' attack and the exile of the Israelites to Babylon, Jeremiah told the people to return their faith to God and ask for forgiveness. Contrasted with the preaching of the false prophets' good news of victory and safety, Jeremiah's message is that of destruction and death, and others exiled to Babylon.

But the people chose to believe the false prophets who chose to tell them that God is with them and that they will be victorious in their fight against the Babylonian army. They also "<em>prophesy..... false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds</em>." (Jer. 14:14). The people also find it hard to belief that God will break his promise of keeping His people safe, like he had promised. Since the 'good news' prophesied by the false prophets was a much better news than that preached by Jeremiah, he finds it hard to convince them of the punishment and judgement.

Elenna [48]

Answer:

Fourteen-year-old Deborah is starting to grow pubic hair, and she's just had her first menstrual period.

Explanation:

A nature influence is something that we're not allowed to avoid, it just happens. However, changes that are made by nature influence psychological behavior, because these changes are traditionally strong, and they usually modify the body, the mind, and human behavior. In this example, Deborah is beginning to understand that her body is changing and that she must adapt herself to her body shape and the menstruation, or in some cases, the discomfort it can cause.

AfilCa [17]

Answer:

Sure.

Explanation:

A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Most definitions of cars say that they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four wheels, and mainly transport people rather than goods.Cars came into global use during the 20th century, and developed economies depend on them. The year 1886 is regarded as the birth year of the modern car when German inventor Karl Benz patented his Benz Patent-Motorwagen. Cars became widely available in the early 20th century. One of the first cars accessible to the masses was the 1908 Model T, an American car manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. Cars were rapidly adopted in the US, where they replaced animal-drawn carriages and carts, but took much longer to be accepted in Western Europe and other parts of the world.
