1. which of the following is the most effective way to manage stress? A) ignoring homework B) eating sweets C) sleeping late D)
Murljashka [212]

1. The right answer is D) relaxing at home

Relaxation techniques result in a better psychological and physical balance, allowing you to better manage your stress and emotions. You can get this state of relaxation in different ways:

* Breathing techniques,

* Muscle relaxation

* Techniques using the modification of consciousness

2. The right answer is A) a defense mechanism

Defense mechanisms are usually unconscious automatic psychological processes that protect the individual from anxiety or perception of internal or external hazards or stressors (embarrassment, or punishment).

In this case the person has tried to defend himself against a judgment on the part of the one who gave him the homework.

3. The right answer is B) projection

In psychology, projection consists of a subject carrying an element of his inner psychic space in a world outside him: an object or a person. In this case he carried his blame to another person.

In psychoanalysis projection is a concept used in several fields, especially convened by Sigmund Freud in his analysis of the Schreber case.

4. The right answer is D) grief

Grief is the process of emotional adjustment that follows any loss (loss of a job, loss of a loved one, loss of a relationship, etc.). Although conventionally the emotional response of loss has been focused, grief also has a physical, cognitive, philosophical and behavioral dimension that is vital in human behavior and that has been well studied throughout history.

5. The right answer is True

The consequences of this stress related to the organization of work and the company are more often psychological than physical.

The consequences of occupational stress on health vary depending on the type of stress, but also on each person, his / her own antecedents and vulnerability.

6. The right answer is False

Sometimes the mechanism of defense is very archaic, it concerns a non-genitalized object relationship. They are often symptomatic. For example The projection. It is a psychic operation that allows the subject to locate on the outside what is actually inside him. He therefore attributes to another person the affects of which he can not protect himself and which he refuses to recognize in himself.

7. The right answer is True

Laughter has more to offer than just physical relaxation. Indeed, laughter is a fun and beneficial way to explore emotions or blockages. If we laugh nearly 300 times a day as a child, the older we get, the more we lose that ability to simply laugh. While we should leave room for laughter instead of stress.

8. The right answer is True

Losing a loved one is, at any age, a dramatic event. In adolescence, a period of great upheaval, living a death is all the more violent as it comes at a time when one feels already weakened.

We never fully recover from the death of a loved one, but we can do everything possible to make reconstruction as serene as possible.

Given current demands on physicians, how likely is it that over the next 5 years most small practices will adopt EMR and, potent
lianna [129]

Answer:

Some of the views raised are Time limitation, cost, security of data, the need for training and multi-tasking, lack of trust on service providers.

The support of my assertions is explained more in the explanation section below.

Explanation:

Solution

It would be very difficult for small practices to embrace EMR and, potentially, HMIS  due to the following reasons:-

  • Time is a limited: Physicians need time to get properly  trained in making use of  EMR. They have this believe that, there's a  cost  of opportunity fix to it.
  • The Lack of trust on the service provider: Most physicians don't have the belief and total trust of the EMR and HMIS service provider.
  • The  cost: The cost of  putting together IT systems to embrace EMR and HMIS are forbidden. The small practices would be concerned if they gain huge capital investments and are not able to get back returns.
  • The process of complexity: There are several screens available on EMR. The navigation process could be very difficult for some physicians.
  • Data security: Some of the data of the patient is not safe, because of this some physicians are worried about it's security. so if  the data is lost and not secured,, the practice might be held for that.
  • The need for and multitasking and training: The physicians need to hear from  the patient, think about the possible line of probe,  by type into a computer at one click. Not every physician would have a  good typing skills.  For this, they don't want to fall into this set up.
