Drink water when engaging in moderate to intense activity.

Do 10 to 30 minutes od strengthening excersize 3 to 4 times a week.

Want to do this:

Include warm-up and cool down with moderate to intense activity.

Don't plan to do this:

Find 10 to 15 minute blocks of time for a variety of activities.
