When people adopt pets, they often choose a puppy or a kitten. But people should give more serious consideration to adopting an

older animal. Older dogs and cats make wonderful, loyal companions. Some people do not want to adopt an older animal, because they think they are too stuck in their ways and may have bad habits. My neighbor, Mrs. Hendricks, said, "Older pets are already house trained, they are less likely to destroy items within the home, and many of them know basic commands." So the next time you visit the pet shelter looking for a new member of your family, think seriously about adopting an older animal. It just might be the perfect pet

Read the caption from When Birds Get Flu by John DiConsiglio. Epidemiologists worried that one or two sick chickens could infect
Nesterboy [21]

Answer:

The author most likely includes this supporting text to <em><u>reinforce the case study's point that bird flu is dangerous</u></em>.

Explanation:

The book "When Birds Get Flu" by John DiConsiglio delves into real cases of how people contract the bird flu. The book discusses infection cases and how avian influenza or bird flu began in Washington.

In the statement from the book, the author remarks that <em>"one or two sick chickens could infect a whole town [which could in turn] infect the country—or even the world."</em> By emphasizing the seriousness and infection level of the flu, <u>John DiConsiglio seems to reinforce the dangerousness of the bird flu.</u>

Thus, the correct answer is the first option.

Writing Task. Write down essay by the given topic using prompts below Topic1. Write down essay about HEALTHY FOOD AND IT INFLUEN
enot [183]

Answer:

The essay will be down below as this space is used to put direct short answers.

Explanation:

There are three major reasons why we have to eat healthily. The first one is that depending on the food we eat, our body will perform. Thus, if we provide healthy food to our body we will have a healthy body. But if we only eat, pizza, hamburgers, tacos, and sodas well, we will end up with diabetes, high blood pressure, and many other sites. The second factor is that depending on our eating habits, our body will get sick. Even though if we eat healthily we will get sick. However is different to get high blood pressure at the age of seventy than at the age of forty. The reasons to say this are: do you like hiking, skiing, running, or doing anything fun. Well if you get high blood pressure and obesity you won't be able to do all this fun stuff. You will have to be sitting in a chair and more likely won't recover. Third, the best diets very often are from Asian countries that don't eat too much meat, that eat many vegetables, that don't eat fried things, or processed meats.

r-ruslan [8.4K]

Answer:

I think it's Dhaka.

Explanation:

I did some research and found that Dhaka, also spelled Dacca, city and capital of Bangladesh. It is located just north of the Buriganga River, a channel of the Dhaleswari. Also, it is one of the most populous cities in the world.

Also, Sylhet is a city in eastern Bangladesh, <em>not</em><em> </em>the capital, and Jamalpur is a town in <em>India</em><em> </em>in the state of Bihar.

Hope I helped :)
