The average resting heart rate is 70bpm.
Explication: The normal resting heart rate for adults over the age of 10 years, including older adults, is between 60 and 100 beats per minute (bpm). If you were to have 90 or 80 you would have to be that has your body movie a lot. And at 70 you walk sit talk and other things and it will go up or down but normally stays near 70.
