Negative: You a giving the worst ideas I have ever heard. Please give me better next time before you speak. This is just a waste of my time. 

Reason: This isn't good feedback because for one it isn't telling your friend what the problem is and for two from what you are saying it is coming off as rude and could hurt your friend's feelings. 

Postive: So far the ideas are okay but I think we could do better. Because I know the both of us could come up with a great assignment together if just put a little more thought into it. So let's come up with a few more ideas so we can turn this into a great project.
