Answer: After humanity turned away from God, God helped them by sending His only Son to restore our relationship with Him. Obedient to His Father, Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead to save all people from sin and to bring us the hope of new life. Cain and Abel were the sons of Adam and Eve.

Hi there!

The answer is 3., but 1. is VERY close to the correct answer.  1. is incorrect, because the sun's rays do not slant, but the Earth does.

Is this accurate? Somalia is 233 miles northeast of Ethiopia, while Salalah, Oman is 385 miles northwest from Yemen.
zzz [600]

Somalia is 233 miles northeast of Ethiopia - False;

Salalah, Oman is 385 miles northwest from Yemen - False;

The distance between the two East African nations of Somalia and Ethiopia is actually 0 miles. The reason for that is that these two countries share a border, thus there is no distance between their territories, apart from the imaginary line that is the border.

Salalah, Oman is 384 miles away from Yemen, but it is not toward the northwest, instead it is toward the northeast. Oman as whole is located on the northeast of Yemen, thus Yemen comes to located southwest of Oman.

Poland’s exports increased significantly after the country joined the _____. Catholic Church Soviet Union Warsaw Pact European U
Alex
Poland has been Catholic for a long while and since the Church is an ecclesiestical institution, it plays no big role in trade. The Soviet Union had a very protective attitude towards its products and only a few categories of them were exported; it is quite possible that exports dropped during this period. THe Warsaw Pact marked a significant counterpoint to the NATO initiative but most countries were already good trade partners to the Soviet Union (and again, the pact was not about trade). The right answer is European Union; the open borders and the influx of technology has increased the potential for exports from Poland.
