Disagree and agree if they are billionaires yes millionaires no people who have millions of dollars can pass it on or do something meaningful for the money but when you have billons of dollars it’s to much money to even handle so in conclusion yes and no
Many work hard for their money and are immensely taxed already. Imagine if you worked hard for 10$ and the government takes away 5$. For wealthier people, the numbers are much larger. If they worked every day of the year and managed to earn $250,000, the government will take away $130,000 - almost half. They already pay for the majority of taxes with their hard earned money. They should not have to give up more than what they already do.
What made Thomas Paine's Common Sense a unique document? It talked about how American commerce would flourish even more once it was no longer under British regulations. It was mostly original in its ideas and concepts. It was the only document in 1776 calling for American independence.
