This is a diagnosis where a child just blatantly disobeys and has issues with being told what to do by anyone; especially authority figures.
One should have the right tool in teaching.As one select a tool to know if it is formal or informal it will help someone to direct one's assessment toward children's interests. Hope this is the right answer and would be of help.
I think that B. is the answer, because when stressed people often become hostile and negative so it could benefit them to have someone to brighten up their days. : )
