Social readjustment rating scale is used to identify major stressful events that experienced by the patients in order to help psychiatrists determine the type of psychological disorder that the patient has.

One problem with this is that there is a huge chance that the patient might choose to hide some events because of they are being too embarrassed or their mind might naturally protect them from the trauma by Burberry their memory deep in their subconscious.
