I think that the Texas Railroad Commission was one of James Hoggś greatest achievements because he was able to make a great impact, not just for him but to everyone as well...his achievement help other people. It ended unfair shipping prices and price fixing.Helped increase production in Texas industries. Began to regulate other industries. So why shouldn't it be a great achievement.
I believe it is either persuading or informing because the book is about our hidden talents right therefore it could be persuading that we all have on or informing us that we all have one
