She could say something like, I can be your friend but I'm sure you have other friends who are much closer to you.  But we can talk while you are here.  The nurse needs to make the patient feel like she is important and take time to really listen to her.

Somatoform disorder-  Patient consistently complains of physical symptoms without a physiological explanation.
