Answer:

The given food items consist of different kinds of biomolecules in them. The four major biomolecules are protein, carbohydrate, lipid (fat) and nucleic acid.

Potato is a source of carbohydrate as it is a plant-based product that is high in starch which is a complex carbohydrate. Orange juice has sugars in it as it is a source of carbohydrate as it is also plant-based fruit. Orange juice also has ascorbic acid or vitamin C. Almonds are rich in the plant-based protein and mono-saturated fat which is high in omega 3.

Eggs are the source of protein and fat. The white portion of the egg is high in protein whereas the yolk is high in fat. It is animal cell hence are protein-rich. Salmon is also a good source of omega 3 fat and protein. Milk is a good source of protein, vitamin D and fat.

Almonds are rich in fats, proteins, fibers. These fats are unsaturated and healthy for the body. Eggs contain egg protein i.e. egg albumin and egg yolk contains fats.  

Salmon and milk are rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Salmon also contains fats.  

There are 4 types of biomolecules such as carbohydrates, proteins fats, and nucleic acids. The biomolecules are found in each kind of food.
