Orange juice has sugars in it as it is a source of carbohydrate as it is also plant-based fruit. Orange juice also has ascorbic acid or vitamin C. Almonds are rich in the plant-based protein and mono-saturated fat which is high in omega 3.

Eggs are the source of protein and fat. The white portion of the egg is high in protein whereas the yolk is high in fat. It is animal cell hence are protein-rich. Salmon is also a good source of omega 3 fat and protein. Milk is a good source of protein, vitamin D and fat.
