Personally I think individual freedom can be expressed in many ways through social media, art, music, and through these platforms our thoughts and opinions can be displayed individually and without restriction. The only restriction upon individual freedom I could think of is through school, where people are all taught to think the same and follow rules because theyre there, not because they make sense to us. Often in school individual freedom is frowned upon and were kept on a tight leash. Otherwise I think we are more free than we think in some ways.
