Explain how poor physical health may affect your social health.<br> i need help asap thanks.
yulyashka [42]
Well I have personal experience with this. I had chronic pain for a long time and I couldn't go anywhere. I couldn't go to see my friends or to go outside and enjoy anything because I was in constant pain. Eventually, I had depression due to lack of joy in my life and lack of going outside. If you are stuck with physical pain and it causes you to be non-mobile, then you are going to have mental and social issues. Hope this helps :)

Discuss how the use of pedometers benefited people at high risk for type 2 diabetes
valentina_108 [34]

Answer:

A pedometer is a device that is used to measure the estimated distance traveled by foot through recording the number of steps made. A pedometer has benefited people at high risk for type 2 diabetes, because these people are believed to have a sedentary lifestyle and that they are encouraged to do exercise more often. And with the use of this device, they can track how much activity they get and if they need more.

What should be the next course of action for a person who was unsuccessful in lowering ldl or blood pressure by lifestyle change

OK so if the person was unsuccessful even after changing his or her life style I believe the best option for that person would be to seek professional help from a doctor/health adviser.
