In order to convert a fraction into a decimal, you can do one of two ways. I'll do the manual way, first since that's probably what your teacher would prefer.
First, find something that will multiply in the denominator that will equal 10,100,1000.
In this case, it will be 1,000.
1,000 ÷ 8 = 125.
So, you will multiply both the numerator and the denominator by 125.
3 x 1,000 = 375
8 x 125 = 1,000
Now, you have a BIG fraction of 375/1,000 but it's OKAY! Why? You're almost done.
Take your numerator of 375. Since your denominator has 3 zeros in it, you'll be moving your decimal 3 places to the right (from the imaginary decimal in front of the 3). So, we'll have 0.375.
So, your decimal of 3/8 is 0.375.

Now, for the easiest way!
You will simply divide 3 ÷ 8 = 0.375
In order to draw a perpendicular bisector you must have ruler , compass and a pencil.
Given nothing and we have to show the steps to draw a perpendicular bisector.
Perpendicular bisector is the line which divides the line into two equal parts and makes 90° angle on other line.
If we want to make a perpendicular bisector on a line then we have to follow the following steps:
1) First draw a line with the help of ruler on which we want to make perpendicular bisector.
2) Now take a compass and a pencil.
3) Put the pencil in the compass and strech the compass equal to half or little more of the length of the line.
4) Now put the compass on one end of the line and draw an arc on the line or may be just upward.
5) Now repeat the step 4 from other end.
6) Now draw a line from the point where two arcs intersects on the line.
7) It is the perpendicular bisector of the line.
Hence to draw a perpendicular bisector we require compass, ruler and a pencil.
