MDMA

Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, commonly known as ecstasy, is a psychoactive drug commonly used as a "party drug". I think younger kids should be educated on the effects of this so they know correctly and not what they hear, or what friends tell them.

Short term effects

Impaired judgment, False sense of affection, Confusion, Depression, Sleep problems, Severe anxiety, Paranoia, Drug cravings, Muscle tension, Faintness and chills or swelling, Involuntary teeth clenching, and Blurred vision.

Long term effects

Long-lasting brain damage affecting thought and memory, Damage to portions of the brain that regulate critical functions such as learning, sleep and emotion, It is as if the brain switchboard was torn apart, then rewired backwards, Degenerated nerve branches and nerve endings, Depression, anxiety, memory loss, Kidney failure, Hemorrhaging, Psychosis, Cardiovascular collapse, Convulsions, and Death.

While your friends may tell you it's like Marijuana and won't harm you, it could. Chances are it won't and you'll be lucky, but why take the chance? You could overdose and die or become brain dead.

Do the rest yourself bud. I ain't tryna do it all for 15 points:)

B:

The fight or flight response is an automatic physiological reaction to an event that is perceived as stressful or frightening. The perception of threat activates the sympathetic nervous system and triggers an acute stress response that prepares the body to fight or flee. These responses are evolutionary adaptations to increase chances of survival in threatening situations. Overly frequent, intense, or inappropriate activation of the fight or flight response is implicated in a range of clinical conditions including most anxiety disorders. A helpful part of treatment for anxiety is an improved understanding of the purpose and function of the fight or flight response. This client information sheet describes the bodily consequences of the fight or flight response.

How is the target heart rate zone related to the MHR?
Lera25 [3.4K]

For moderate-intensity physical activity, a person's target heart rate should be 50 to 70% of his or her maximum heart rate. ... For example, for a 50-year-old person, the estimated maximum age-related heart rate would be calculated as 220 – 50 years = 170 beats per minute (bpm).

Brainlest would be appreciated, have a great day.
