Answer:

D) inseparability

Explanation:

Inseparability of services refers to fact that consumers always associate the service with the deliverer of the service, and they cannot separate them. The service provider is considered a part of the service being provided.

For example, a doctor provides health care, but it is impossible to separate the service being provided, health care, from the doctor himself. When we are sick we do not say "I must go get a health care service", we say "I need to see a doctor".

Douglass Gardens pays an annual dividend that is expected to increase by 3.6 percent per year. The stock commands a market rate
pashok25 [27]

Answer:

The expected next dividend is $2.565

Explanation:

The dividend for the Douglass is expected to grow at a constant rate forever. Thus, the constant growth model of DDM is used. The consatnt growth model gives the formula to calculate the price of the stock today. The formula is:

P0 = D1 / r - g

As the price and other variables are already known, we can plug in these values in the formula to calculate the next dividend.

28.5 = D1 / (0.126 - 0.036)

28.5 * (0.126 - 0.036) = D1

D1 = 28.5 * 0.09

D1 = $2.565

Vitek1552 [10]

The process theory that seems to have been violated in this organization is the Job Characteristics Theory, which was created to analyze work outcomes, such as how work characteristics affect job satisfaction.

With the information contained in the question, it is clear that the characteristic that has affected the work of the new manager Justin is that he has felt overloaded at work.

The last three managers who held their position resigned after a few months, probably because they also felt overwhelmed, as there is information that managers deal with 27 direct reports.

Therefore, a strategy to increase job satisfaction would be to redesign the work, which:

  • Increases productivity.
  • Improves communication.
  • Reduces conflicts.
  • Increases innovation.

Why is gunshot residue important for a forensic scientist? What are the potential complications with this type of evidence?
damaskus [11]
The gunshot residue is important, because if a man/woman has recently shot a firearm, to hurt someone, the gun as soon as it is fired it will leave the residue. So if someone was to commit a crime of any sort using a gun, and they have fired it the scientist can take a swab of the suspects hands, and find out if they are responsible for the crime. The bad part about this evidence is that it is easily taken care of. The suspect could have worn gloves, and gotten rid of them. Therefore there would be no residue on his/her hands.
