On top of that, forests provide us with a large amount of oxygen. Trees go through photosynthesis, in which they take in carbon dioxide out of our air, and give back oxygen which is vital for all living things. All that being said, conserving trees helps regulate climate control, and overall helps us have healthy ecosystems.
