Combine like terms: (9x-6)+(8x+9)

9x+8x=17x

-6+9=3

Clearly, \dfrac{AB}{EF}=\dfrac{BC}{FG}=\dfrac{AD}{EH}\neq \dfrac{CD}{GH}.

All corresponding sides are not proportional.
