I know how to convert degrees into degrees-minutes-seconds. I was just wondering about the negative and 0°. The original degree
is -.9225°. So in my answer, do I bring the negative sign down and put 0° (in addition to minutes-seconds)? Or is my answer going to consist only of the minutes and seconds?
