Hello Bbayboy, when you exercise you release the "endorphin" chemical which can improve your mood and even the way you eat after you finish working out. And if this is done regularly then this positive energy will accumulate! :)

Hormones, and possibly poor hygiene. Because our hormones change and make our body's change what they do. And poor hygiene because if your not cleaning your face regularly then you will break out.
