This will be treated using amoxicillin 40 to 5 mg/kg/day for 7 to 10 days

Explanation:

The honey crusted lesion on the skin of the child is a result of bacterial infection and amoxicillin is the suitable medicine for the lesions as it is an antibiotic. Antibiotics check the growth of bacteria and is taken orally. No antibiotic can be used in case of viral infections as they cannot prevent the growth of virus.

Annular lesions have a ringed appear in oval or round shape on skin surface and it is the common symptom of dermatophytosis. However it can be symptoms of other skin diseases too.
