Immigrants sometimes faced discrimination because they were seen as lower human beings and people always assumed that they were illegal.

Back In the day, ideas of racism and elitism were far more popular than they are now. This did not bode well when many immigrants came from families of color. So many people simply thought of them as inferior humans. There was also a popular yet unsound thought within Americans a while back that most people that were immigrants must be illegal, which only further led to discrimination towards immigrants, whether they were illegal or not.

Today, though racism and elitism are now generally shunned upon by society, Many Americans are skeptical of immigrants due to the influence of Donald Trump ( -_-)

What supply problems did the allies face in Europe during world war ll
Talja [164]
The biggest problem was that they had to get supplies from the United States and since they had to go on ships over the Atlantic ocean, they were easy targets for submarines and other ships that would want to destroy them. This was a big problem since much of the cargo was destroyed before it even reached the coasts of Europe.
