Hey Luckycharms1233,

Lets find the product of your equation together,
<span>
          Lets simplify this step by step, shall we.

</span>We want to find the derivative\:of\:F\left(x\right)=-x^2-x+2.

\dfrac{d}{dx}\left(-x^2-x+2\right)

Now we have to \mathrm{Apply\:the\:Sum/Difference\:Rule}:\quad \left(f\pm g\right)^'=f^'\pm g^'.

This leads to : -\frac{d}{dx}\left(x^2\right)-\frac{d}{dx}\left(x\right)+\frac{d}{dx}\left(2\right).

        Now we simplify.

\dfrac{d}{dx}\left(x^2\right)=2x

\dfrac{d}{dx}\left(x\right)=1

\dfrac{d}{dx}\left(2\right)=0

     Finally we arrive at : -2x-1+0

This can be simplified to -2x-1

          Our graph should look like the one below

Hope this helps,

Jacob spent 7 hours skiing and snowboarding. He skied for 3 hours 55 minutes.
netineya [11]

Answer:

3 hours 5 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

Had he skied 5 minute longer, he would have skied for 4 hours, leaving 3 hours for snowboarding. Since he skied 5 minutes less than 4 hours, he snowboarded 5 minutes more than 3 hours.

You can also just subtract the times.

7 hours - 3 hours 55 minutes =

= 6 hours 60 minutes - 3 hours 55 minutes

= 3 hours 5 minutes

Answer: 3 hours 5 minutes

Juvi is baking oatmeal raisin cookies and fudge brownies! To make 4 batches of brownies, Juvi needs 2/3 of a cup of sugar. She a
dsp73

We can add the fractions together to compare with how much sugar she needs.

\frac{1}{2}+\frac{2}{5}=\frac{5}{10}+\frac{4}{5}=\frac{9}{10}

So Juvi has \frac{9}{10} cups of sugar.

She needs \frac{2}{3} cups, so let's make the denominators the same and compare.

\frac{2}{3}=\frac{20}{30}

\frac{9}{10}=\frac{27}{30}

Since \frac{27}{30} > \frac{20}{30}, she has enough sugar to make 4 batches of brownies.

Hope this helps.

頑張って!
