If Marlene was having difficulties with digestion the best thing to do would be to talk to a doctor to see what the problem is,then let the doctor prescribe you a prescription to take then see if that works but, if it does not work then let a specialist know about your problem ,and maybe your doctor ,and the specialist can sit down ,and have a talk on what the next step for you to take.
