Answer and Explanation:

Cytoplasm: contains a fluid medium in which chemical reactions take place. it contains organelles and other inclusions such as starch, glycogen and many other dissolved substances.

Cell wall: plant cells are enclosed  by a tough, rigid cell wall which acts as a protective coat. the wall is made up of a chemical compound called cellulose. it readily allows water and solutes to pass through but resists swelling.

Vacuole: as the cell matures, the vacuoles fuse to form one large vacuole. the vacuole is filled with cell sap which contains sugars, ions and waste products

Proteins are A) built in the nucleus by DNA and transported to the ribosomes. B) converted from nucleic acids to amino acids in
GalinKa [24]
The answer is D. The formation of protein can be divided into two major parts. First one is transcription which means converting the DNA to the mRNA. This takes place in the nucleus. And then the mRNA will be transported to ribosomes (A is not correct) and be translated to protein. This will take place in the cytoplasm. So the B and C is not correct. Vacuoles are in the plant cells.
