Answer:

The percent decrease is 14%.

Step-by-step explanation:

To answer this question you have to do percent change. To do this you have to do change/original, change divided by original. So the first thing that you have to do is subtract the smaller number from the bigger number. In the case of this problem 22,955 - 19,700. Once you do this you will get your change, 3,255. Then you want to do your change/original, 3,255/22,955 and divide. On you do this you are probably going to get a weird decimal place. In ths problem you get 0.141799172... So what you are going to do is multiply at weird decimal by 100. This will give you your percent, 14.1799172. Then you can round that to whatever you need it to be. For this problem you get 14%.

Which equation represents a circle whose center is located at (- 6, 2) and whose radius is sqrt(10) units?
azamat

Answer:

{(x  + 6)}^{2}  +  {(y - 2)}^{2}=10

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation of a circle with center (a,b) and radius r, is

{(x - a)}^{2}  +  {(y - b)}^{2}  =  {r}^{2}

From the question, the center of the circle is located at (-6,2) and the radius is

r =  \sqrt{10}

We substitute the center and radius to get:

{(x -  - 6)}^{2}  +  {(y - 2)}^{2}  =  {( \sqrt{10} })^{2}

Simplify to obtain:

{(x  + 6)}^{2}  +  {(y - 2)}^{2}=10

in parallelogram JKLM, the ratio of the measure of angle J to the measure of angle M is 5:4. Find the measurement of angle J and
Helga [31]
Since we know that these two are consecutive angles and consecutive angles add up to 180 deg, we can come up with the equation 4x +5x =180. Solving this out shows us that x = 20 and the measure of angle J is 100 deg while the measure of angle M is 80 deg.

Can someone help me with is and please explain thanks
Andrew [12]
The answer is b because the pattern  of these terms r that odd numbers r positive and even numbers are negative. 50 is even so it is negative, while 51 is odd so it is positive. Remember that negative numbers are below zero. If u add something to a negative number it is like subtracting positive numbers. -51+50 is -1. Because if 51 was positive it would be 51 minus 50. The answer is b. If u dont understand or if it is wrong tell me. :D
