There are several factors that you have to keep in mind while you consider joining a gym or buying fitness equipment.

Some of the several factors are that if the gym is near your residence, or is it really a good gym with qualified trainers or is the equipment for your age and all.

Similarly if you have to decide a workout program you have to keep alot of stuff in your mind while planning for it such as:

Your goal that you have to achieve, your current weight, your overall weight, your diet and much more.

You have to consider your workout routine. If you think you can workout at home, then you could just buy a fitness equipment. But if you think you need assistance, joining a gym will be better as they have instructors to guide you. The best workout program will be based on your physical state.

There are two types of isotonic contractions - eccentric and concentric. What movement action is described
AysviL [449]

Explanation:

Isotonic contractions generate force by changing the length of the muscle and can be concentric contractions or eccentric contractions. A concentric contraction causes muscles to shorten, thereby generating force. Eccentric contractions cause muscles to elongate in response to a greater opposing force.
