Answer:

e. To create valleys, glaciers have to be constantly advancing.

Explanation:

Although glaciers look like massive, solid blocks of ice, they actually move in a very slow manner, which is difficult to detect by the naked eye. The pressure that the glacier receives from the weight of the ice causes it to deform. As these changes occur, the melt water at the bottom of the glacier allows it to slide. It is this movement that allows for the formation of glaciers, as glaciers have to be constantly advancing in order to form valleys.

We usually think of this as a destructive process as seen here in Puerto Rico. When over, it is also a constructive process beca
liq [111]

Answer:

landslide

Explanation:

This question is related to a picture. In the picture you can see that a small town was affected by a landslide located near a steep hill. As the statement reads, it can be a destructive process as not only is the countryside affected by removal of the top earth layer along with all the vegetation in that area, consequence of heavy rainfall or a mayor earthquake or shift in landmass, but it also turns into a constructive process as at the bottom of the hill, where the landslide or mud accumulates, the debris forms a new layer over the old and it is then seen as constructive.
