Hi there!

An activity log can be extremely helpful when used correctly. You can keep an activity log for school, work, exercise, or even something as simple as drinking water.
An activity log keeps all of the information on your activity such as when you did it, how much you did it, how long you did it... and so on. You can also look back on your log since it’s kept in one, organized, place.
In some cases, if you didn’t have an activity log, you would lose track of your progress.
