<span>This best represents WILLFUL IGNORANCE as a source of prejudicial attitudes. An African-American came to our family's Christmas celebration for the first time ever two days ago. It was a lurching sea change for people who are caustically racist on the whole. I think the above example exemplifies the attitude that economic dependence increases willful ignorance in tight knit social/family structures. In other words, you take on the social cue's of your family because you depend on their approval for your survival. The correct answer is A) motor cortex develops before the frontal lobes.

Young children can run and jump well before they can follow the rules of games because the: "motor cortex develops before the frontal lobes."

The motor cortex is responsible for motion function. Also known as M1, the motor cortex can be located in the brain, in what is known as the frontal lobe. This motor cortex allows children to produce natural impulses to move parts of its body.

That is why children can jump, run, roll, and play, without knowing the rules of a game, because the motor cortex facilitates movement.
