The answer here would be B. A nervous actor tries to conquer his stage fright. This battle that the actor is faced with is pitting him against himself. The conflict is happening within the actor's mind/body.

In A, the knight is fighting another being, the dragon.

In C, the traveller is trying to survive in (against) the wilderness

In D, the dog and the cat are learning to work together, but they are not fighting themselves.

Hope this was helpful!

What does write objectively in a formal tone using third person mean?
77julia77 [94]
This means that you will write in a non biased tone (in a way to convey information instead of persuade or argue), using a formal tone means to write using professional language, and in third person meaning to refrain from using the words I, me, my he, and she. Hopefully this helps out!
