Agricultural products usually really depended on the climate. This is why a certain crops can only be reproduced at a certain months within the year. This make the price of the crops became extremely volatile depending on their availability within the year.

- Low income for farmers

Unlike companies, Farmers typically do not have an established distribution route for their products. This is why they cannot sell their product to many people and their income usually really low.

- Unfavorable environmental condition

The weather that occurs in the farmers' region can happen randomly. Sometimes, the farmers are forced to survive in drought season with very little rain. This usually will kill a large portion of their crops

- The existence of a larger businesses in agricultural sector.

Larger businesses usually invested heavily in a more modern equipments. They are able to produce their product at a much faster rate and lower price compared to individual farmers. This will make it impossible for the farmers to win the market competition.
