Answer:

D.

Explanation:

A Selection Bias can be defined as an experimental bias that occurs in the process of selection of participants. This bias avoids the random selection of the participants thus creates a problem in the research study as the results will not represent the target audience. Selection bias occurs due to many reasons but self-selection is prevalent.

To reduce the possibilities of selection bias, several strategies are adopted. Several of them are stated in options, that is standardization, enrollment, and development of an explicit definition. Other strategies include randomization.

So, from the given options, the correct one is D because all others are strategies for reducing selection bias.

Describe how brahmanism (vedic religion) evolved into hinduism during this era. what factors contributed to this development?
ddd [48]

Brahmanism is a religion of transition between the Vedic religion (completed around the 6th century BC) and the Hindu religion (which began around the third century AD).

According to other authors, Brahmanism (or Brahmanical religion) is the same as Vedicism (or Vedic religion).

Maybe since the 4th century BC C. began to know the Upanishad, which were stories (written by Brahmins) where a Brahmin teacher taught his disciple about a unique God who was superior to the Vedic gods. They preferred meditation to opulent animal sacrifices and the ritual consumption of the soma psychotropic drug.

The Brahmins became the sole repositories of knowledge about the unique Brahman (the formless Divine, generator of all gods). There were no longer Chatrías who had spiritual knowledge, but had to become disciples of a Brahmin at some point in their lives.

From the third century or II a. C. they began to recite everywhere the extensive poems Majábharata and Ramaiana as well as the doctrinal treatises (agamas) of the different dárshanas (religious schools) that constitute a body of knowledge that has endured throughout history and has more than 280 million faithful.

1. Briefly share your thoughts as to why being aware of the existence of biases is important to critical thinking and necessary
Illusion [34]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

When doing some kind of research, being aware of the existence of biases is very important to critical thinking in that any form of bias could distort the nature of the research, The same happens when scientists review information or decide to learn more about the arguments of others.

If researchers bias the information, it could be understood as if the researcher is manipulating the information or even worst, the results.

The process must be directed by the scientific method and the obligation of the researchers is to report the truth of the findings.

So ethics and high values must precede any research.

Furthermore, if biases are presented in the research, critical thinking can help to expose those biases and help the reader to identify them, explaining how this affects the process or the result of the research, inviting the reader to discern about the information exposed.

שָׁפַט <shaphat>

Explanation:

1). This is the Hebrew primitive root for to judge, to punish, to vindicate. Depending on the Verbal Mode.

2) The most known Tribulation in the Bible was originally written in Koine Greek in the book of Revelation. This is also referred in Matthew 24, Daniel 9 (this one originally written in hebrew).
