Answer:

COMMUNICATION CHALLENGE IN A GLOBAL ATMOSPHERE: METHODS FOR EFFECTIVE AND ETHICAL GLOBAL COMMUNICATION.

Globally, there are more than 6,000 languages spoken by various people which makes the world more diverse and beautiful.

However, as a result of this, there exists a communication challenge even though more people are becoming multi-lingual, but there is still a communication gap.

Nonetheless, there are methods for effective communication such as first understanding that not everyone will speak your language and you won't understand every language, therefore there may be a need for a translator.

Also, cultural factors should also be considered because culture vary from place to place. There are some gestures that are perfectly acceptable in one culture that is a taboo in another, therefore the cultural differences should be well accounted for.

Michael Smith, Judy Olsen, Kristy Johnston, and their mother owned interests in seventy-eight acres of real property in Montana.
Lostsunrise [7]

Answer:

As per Kristy Johnson's letter where she mentioned the clauses of the acceptance of offer, she clearly mentioned that she will consider a response only if it is in written form and is sent through US mail.

Now Judy did as per the clauses and sent her a written acceptance through US mail whereas Michael telephoned her and let her know of her acceptance. If Kristy is adamant on her terms that she clearly mentioned in her letter to both and will stick to her word, then technically, it is Judy's fair right on the Montana interests whereas Michaels telephone call will be discarded as it did not fulfill the terms.

Answer:

The tension he feels is the result of: role strain.

Explanation:

A role is a group of obligations and behaviors that are expected of us by others and ourselves in society. Role strain takes place when we have difficulty meeting the responsibilities and expectations of a particular role in our lives. This coach is experiencing role strain since he is having trouble accomplishing everything that is expected of him. On the one hand, everyone has to meaningfully participate. On the other, the team must win. The two things seem conflicting, which demands more of the coach in terms of planning, preparing, training, etc. Handling such expectations is causing tension.
