My healthy habits to stay physically healthy that you can apply at your home:
FIRST THINGS FIRST; START YOUR DAY RIGHT!
• Wake up early
• Make your bed
• Eat a healthy breakfast
• Get natural light
• Morning exercises
• Take a clean shower
• Start your daily activities
• Don’t work where you sleep
PRACTICE HEALTHY NUTRITION HABITS:
•Start by cleaning and decluttering your fridge and pantry
• Learn some new, healthy recipes that you can cook and try making them at home.
• Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day.
• Practice conscious eating.
AND DON’T FORGET, ALWAYS LEARN SOMETHING NEW, SPEND SOME "ME TIME", AND PLAN YOUR NEXT DAY BEFORE GOING TO BED (MAKE A CHECKLIST) ;)
