Answer: a. Car Drivers

b. parking spaces

c. Parking

Explanation: A queuing system is a mathematical model used in congestion control. Similar to the physical queues we use daily, it assigns resources (or coffee) to the users of a service based on the arrival time.

A parking lot provides customers (car owners/drivers) with the service of packing their car in an area designated for that sole purpose, so that they don’t get a parking ticket for example.

Here the car drivers are the customers, and the parking spaces available can be viewed as the server. One of the limiting factors in a queuing system is the server. When the servers are idle, service is provided without the need to queue. This changes when they are occupied. When we compare a parking lot to a queuing system, the available spaces are the limiting factor.

horsena [70]

Answer:

the experience curve

Explanation:

The experience curve refers to a company having lower production costs due to increasing experience of the manufacturing process.

This concept applies to most activities in life, do you remember "practice makes perfect", well practice is equal to experience. For example the first time you drove a car, it probably took you a long time to go from your point of origin to your destination. Your driving inexperience increased the costs of driving from one place to another (more time and fuel spent). But after a while, when driving was something normal you are able to drive the same distance at a lower cost (less time and fuel).

Imagine for a car company that is trying out a new model. The first units are usually assembled with several flaws that must be corrected and are used to research possible design or equipment flaws. Those failures are corrected as the workers acquire more experience.

On November 30, the company received an invoice from the electric company for $200. The company will pay the invoice in December
harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

Utility expense Dr.                      $200

  Accounts payable Cr.                $200

(To record the entry for electric expense)

Explanation:

Given the amount of the invoice = $200

The expenses like Electricity expenses come under utility expenses so the incurred electricity expense will show that the utility expenses are debited and account payable is credited. Here the account payable is credited because the is not paid.

Thus, below is the entry as on 30th November.

Utility expense Dr.  $200

  Accounts payable Cr.    $200

(To record the entry for electric expense)

If you were wrongfully put
Neko [114]

Answer:

If you were wrongfully put  into an insane asylum, how  would you convince them  that you're actually sane and  not just pretending to be  sane? Why?

When one seeks for an asylum, at that moment in time there is no choice of the location or group of people it could be once it is far away from war zone or trouble or danger zone where one can find peace at least. Then if it is an insane asylum, the only way to prove of his sanity by doing what is termed as wrong, i mean doing what seems to others as wrong which would depict his sanity that is different from others. while pretending to be like others that are insane would only paint such an individual as insane as well because it would take time to prove such not to be insane.
