What is reconstruction? How do you fix a nation after a Civil War?
statuscvo [17]

Answer:

Reconstruction is the act or process of rebuilding something, or is a recreation of past events, or the period after the Civil War when the southern states were reorganized into the U.S. ... An example of reconstruction is a piecing together of the causes of an accident using available evidence.Throughout the Reconstruction Era, the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments guaranteed former slaves equal protection as that of their fellow citizens. Congress passed a series of bills that would help reform the nation from its unfair antebellum institutions, and set it on course to modern day.

How did the people of Hims (the Syrians) feel about the Muslims?
stealth61 [152]
They were desperate, despairing and, urge and desire the need for the Muslim to rule saying, “We like your rule and justice far better than the state of oppression and tyranny in which we were. The army of Heraclíus we shall indeed… repulse from the city”. They wanted and favored the justice and system of the Muslims instead of the Byzantine’s. In which case, this case the Muslim’s won the battle and the Hims started to welcome them into their gates.

Abuse in power and oppression, unquestionably, leads to conflict. During the Currency Act of 1764, Great Britain started taxing all paper goods, and other everyday goods to the colonies. These taxes were unjust and not fair. Britain abused their power by forcing these taxes upon them without consent and/or their say in it. This leads to debt and angry people, which leads to riots and destruction. Upon that, the people took sides, some were ok with these acts, believing that they were fair. This created more conflict between the people of the colonies. Wars break out because of disagreements, which can also lead to more debt and anger. This cruel oppression also emerged the famous, well-known saying of "No Taxation without Representation". This meant that they didn't want to be taxed without representation in the British parliament. These are one of many ways that abuse in power and oppression leads to conflict.
