Michelle finally landed her first job after college and it provides insurance. She had surgery on her knee that she was told wou

ld be covered by her insurance, but now she has received a bill from the hospital saying the insurance did not pay it. She called the insurance company and they said it has been paid, but the hospital billing department tells her they never received payment. Who should Michelle contact next for help with resolving this matter?
Contact an insurance representative through work; he may know who to contact at the insurance company or may contact the insurance company and hospital on Michelle's behalf
Contact her local banking representative; she can review what happened to the payment transaction and correct it so payment is sent
Contact the post office to speak with a postal worker; he will be able to track the parcel and find out where the mail has been mistakenly delivered
Contact a lawyer who specializes in insurance cases, because it appears this is a case of insurance fraud and Michelle may need representation if she is accused of being involved

How long does it take a cartilage piercing to heal?
Marta_Voda [28]
Cartilage ear piercings may take up to a year to fully heal, but generally take 3-6 months (as opposed to the ear lobe, that takes just 4-6 weeks). They heal from the outside in, so even if it looks fine on the outside, you should not assume it is fully healed.
