History

Capitalism is based on the right of private property and the way of living and developing life´s values depend on human beings. So leaving the values to human beings has created a lack of common sense and ethical values within capitalism, raising the question if privatization is morally correct and a worthwhile approach.

For example money as part of the gain value from capitalism is seen everywhere as the main focus of corruption and indeed it is without having the correct ethic to make money. This means you have to work hard and apply and learn values along the way without hurting anyone in your goal of making money.

Which statement best describes the system of sharecropping?
Eddi Din [679]

Sharecropping gave white landowners the upper hand and economic dominance in Southern society.

Answer: Option D

Explanation:

Share cropping is a form of agriculture in which the owner of the land gives his land to the tenants where they can grow the crops and earn their livelihood. So this system of agriculture gave an upper hand to the land owners who belonged to the people of the white community and gave them an economic dominance also. It suppressed the lower sections of the society who were the tenants and who were dependent on the land owners for borrowing the land.

1. Complete the flowchart of key events of the battles at Lexington and Concord. A. BRITISH TROOPS LEAVE BOSTON AND MARCH TO CON
Kipish [7]

Answer: The battles of Lexington and Concord were the first clashes of the United States War of independence, which occurred on April 19th, 1775 in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, in the towns of Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, Arlington and Cambridge. These events marked a point of no return in the war between the kingdom of great Britain and the thirteen colonies in the context of British North America. Around 700 regular British army soldiers, under the command of Lt. Col. Francis Smith, proceeded to capture and destroy some military positions that were supporting the militia in Concord. Dr. Joseph Warren alerted the colonies of this, who had planned that movement weeks before and had saved both people and material objects. They also learned the exact plans of the British attack the night before April 20th.
